Order data in real time
The order overview lets you access all important order data quickly and easily. In addition to the current order status you can view the delivery date and use a variety of filter options to search for specific orders more systematically.
The breakdown showing open, completed and cancelled orders offers you a logical overview and, thanks to selected filters, efficient selection options. A quick-access function gives you direct, user-friendly access to an overview of your deliveries in the current and next week as well as the orders currently being processed.
Documents for download
In addition to providing all the important information such as the delivery address and the driver’s contact information, the detailed overview of your orders also lets you download all order-relevant documents such as the order confirmation, dispatch notification and invoices.

The document management section lets you manage the e-mail recipients of all of your order-specific documentation yourself. Add additional recipients or change the current e-mail recipients when required.
Managing accounts
The user management of our extranet gives you, the master user, the option to view and edit all accounts assigned to your customer number.
In addition to viewing a current user list you can create additional accounts for new co-workers, edit the log-in data or rights of existing accounts and, if necessary, delete accounts.
Thanks to the individual authorisation logic for each account, you and your colleagues each have personal access tailored to your requirements.
